Complex mechanical ideas, brought to life — from CAD to a part in your hand.
Mechanical design, rapid prototyping, and electro-mechanical integration for founders, makers, and teams who need a working prototype — not just a drawing.
What I do
Mechanical Design & CAD
High-fidelity 3D modeling, mechanism design, and design for manufacturability (DFM) — from a blank screen to a production-ready part.
Rapid Prototyping
Functional multi-material 3D printing — including high-temp and engineering-grade filaments — for fast, physical design iteration.
Electro-Mechanical Integration
Custom fixturing, cabling, microcontroller (ESP32/Arduino) work, and soldering/assembly to turn a mechanism into a working device.
How I work
Discovery
Align on requirements, constraints, and what success looks like.
Design & Iteration
CAD modeling with quick review loops — you see the design evolve.
Prototyping & Validation
In-house printing, assembly, and physical testing against the goals.
Handoff
Delivery of manufacturing docs (STEP files, drawings) or physical prototypes.
Selected work
Custom Injection Port Fixture
A purpose-built fixture solving a specific, real-world mechanical need — designed, printed, and validated in-house. Case study coming soon.
Diesel Heater Controller
Reverse-engineered a wireless remote and rebuilt the control system around an ESP32 — mechanical enclosure, electronics, and firmware. Read the deep dive →

FAQ
What deliverables do I receive?
Depending on scope: native CAD and STEP files, 2D manufacturing drawings, and/or physical 3D-printed prototypes. We agree on the exact deliverables up front.
What's your typical turnaround?
A first CAD concept is usually days, not weeks. Full prototype cycles depend on complexity — we'll set a realistic timeline during Discovery.
How is intellectual property (IP) handled?
Your designs remain 100% yours. I'm happy to work under a standard NDA, and all files and rights transfer to you on delivery.

Tell me a bit about your project and I'll get back to you.
